      Yes there are, but power/water included are usually way more expensive.

      You can expect to pay from $300 – $600 more to have these included.

    I’m looking for a 2 preferably 3 bedroom home for my growing family. I’ve got a dog, so something with a yard would be great. I live in Yigo now but we would rather live in a more central area, closer to Harmon, Tamuning, Agana, or lower Barrigada. My price range is between $700-$1000 a month.

      Hi Geunok,

      Very nice to meet you. Unfortunately, the minimum lease we do for houses is 1-year.

      We will make some exceptions for a 6-month lease, but we do not do 1-month rentals.

      I apologize that I could not meet your need. I would suggest a hotel instead, as I do not know any Landlords that will rent their house for 1-month only.

    We may need to rent a house long term for a contract we could be doing on Guam – we would need a 3 bedroom fully furnished house from mid June for 6 to 8 months in the area of Inajaran on Guam (nothing too fancy but practical and reasonably priced). We would be grateful if you could please give us an idea of availability and prices for this. We need this information fairly rapidly so if you could get back to us by return email (obviously taking into account the time zone differences) that would be marvellous.

      We have 1 listing on the market in Inarajan, but it only has 2 bedrooms:

      - Because of the new Layon Landfill work, many contractors have been snatching up any rentals in Inarajan, Merizo & Umatac (right near the landfill).

      However, if you’re willing to stay in other villages close by, then I can suggest some rentals in the nearby village of Talafofo:

      They usually like 1 year, but we should be able to talk them down to 8 months.

      Hi Argie!

      Thanks for your question. By “Guam homes” I’m assuming that you are looking for a house (not a condo or apartment).

      Houses on Guam range in price from $900 to $5,000. Houses on the high-end of that range are usually in the best locations or are extremly large (5+ rooms).

      Houses on the lower end of that price range, are in low-demand areas, or are very small.
